5 PM: Sonoran Light at Desert Botanical Garden
Artist Bruce Munro can help brighten up your Tuesday nights with this interesting exhibit. The garden is filled with lights installed all over and helps create a look that is luminous and makes everything around you brighter. Tickets range from $25-30 and for more information call 480-941-1225.
7:30-9:30 PM: Last Comic Standing at Ikeda Theater in Mesa Arts Center
Last Comic Standing tours with its season finalists, and this year their season nine group is heading out to Mesa Arts Center for some good laughs. Some of the names include Ian Bagg, Andy Erikson and season nine winner Clayton English. Tickets are $40 dollars and for more information call 480-644-6500.
5:30-10:30 PM: Zoo Lights at Phoenix Zoo
If you want any tips on how to put up a good set of Christmas lights, what better place to stop than Zoo Lights? This year’s show isn’t just about putting lights on trees however, there also are 3-d sculptures featuring tigers and stingrays as well as wall-to-wall (or light-to-light) Christmas music.
